Ecohut manufactures energy-efficient and individual prefab houses.
Ecohut structures are a unique hybrid of modular and pre-cut building technology.

Construction is quick, easy and accurate for builders and owner-builders. Frames are pre-cut and drilled galvanised steel. Cladding is Zincalume or Colourbond steel with timber or other features. The most expensive and labour intensive components - Bathrooms, Kitchens, Energy and Water Systems - are supplied as prefinished modules ready to simply install, test and connect.

All kits include Solar power (12, 24 or 240v), dry or flushing composting toilets, rainwater harvesting and greywater diversion systems as standard options.

The range includes cabins, one and two bedroom cottages and stylish outbuildings. Suitable for permanent sustainable housing or casual use as weekenders, guest or tourist accomodation. Stock designs available in Gable or Skillion roof styles.
