Courtyard
House - two modules running north to south
joined by another running east-west. The design captures eastern views
while retaining good solar access to the interior and outdoor living
rooms.
Town
House - House for a long narrow north-facing
block on flood-prone land. A blank acoustically insulated facade reduces
the imapact of the busy street, while the eastern deck offers a private
place overlooking a bush reserve.
Split
Level - House for a sloping north-facing
block with vehicle access from the south. Living, Kitchen, Bathroom,
main Bedroom and a covered deck are on Level 1, with children's Bedrooms
and a covered deck above the carspace
Three
Bedroom home - A design featuring ecohut
Gable frame modules set at right angles and connected by a covered
walkway which also provides access to bathroom and toilet. Easily
extendable, this design would suit purpose-built share house projects
on small urban blocks.
Expanded
dwelling - Four Skillion style modules
linked by walkways to create an expanded dwelling for three adults
and guests. The main building features a communal kitchen, bathroom,
laundry and guest room. The satellite modules include generous living
and sleeping areas each with ensuite bathrooms.
Commercial
office building - Gable roof modules with multiple floor
levels, lean-to roofs and features.
